Page Personnel have exclusively partnered with an industry-leading, global business to recruit for a newly created Talent & Resourcing Manager position.
This is a newly created role and a chance for an experienced recruiter to put their own stamp on the role as well as implement systems and procedures to run an effective in-house recruitment strategy.
Job Description
We are looking for someone with in-house and/or agency recruitment experience to join a supportive and hard-working HR team to focus on resourcing and headhunting the best talent for a variety of roles across all UK & Ireland operations.
This will include recruiting all support functions, mid to senior management roles, and engineers, c.100 vacancies annually.
This is a newly created role and a chance for an experienced recruiter to put their own stamp on the role. The successful applicant will reduce reliance on agency recruitment, improve the quality of hires and have ownership on all internal talent strategies. They will also be heavily involved in the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and will manage the Recruitment Administrator(s).
The Successful Applicant
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- Recruitment experience to a senior level (either agency or in-house);
- Experience recruiting either head office and/or engineer positions;
- A professional manner;
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels;
- A working knowledge of ATS;
- Experience with implementing an ATS and/or new working procedures (desirable, not essential).
