Talent and Resourcing Advisor
Location: Remote with Sheffield base - you will have the flexibility to work remotely on a permanent basis the majority of the time, just with the requirement to visit the Sheffield office as and when required.
Permanent full time role - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Benefits include 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, employer pension contributions, performance related bonus plus other benefits.

As the Resourcing and Talent Advisor your role will be to successfully build and nurture a talent pipeline and consistently deliver the best possible candidate experience in order to build and maintain the reputation of the business.
This will involve communicating with and establishing good relationships with candidates, as well as providing guidance and support to colleagues at all levels of the business. You will also provide administrative support to both the Resourcing Team and wider HR Department.
With previous experience in a Recruitment / Resourcing role, you will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for delivering a consistently high candidate experience and have a high attention to detail.
