We are looking to strengthen the team of our client with a front-end developer at either mid or graduate level. The successful applicant will have a passion for learning and developing innovative applications.

Along with the opportunity to work within a great organisation, you can split your time between a home office and work environment (located close to J25 of the M1).

This role is a permanent position and you will join a dynamic development team and help develop their cloud based enterprise system. The applications will be utilised by a global client base using a range of technologies over web, desktop and mobile.

You will work with a friendly group of developers who work well together as a team, they are always looking at ways to improve working practices and help is always at hand when there is a difficult problem to solve.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Building user interfaces based on designs and standards using the tooling provided.
  • Integrate user interfaces with backend APIs for feature rich functionality.
  • Follow agile principles and follow development working practices.
  • Research, plan and implement new libraries, technologies where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team for planning and development of functionality to produce a solution that is of high quality.
  • End user testing of front-end / some back-end functionality.
  • Bug Investigation / Fixing to uphold a high-quality product.
  • Liaising with the team / people within the business when required.
  • Maintain internationalisation support.
It would be great if you had the following skill set:

  • Front-end development experience
  • Angular 9+ (currently on 12)
  • Bootstrap

  • Git experience
  • Knowledge of AWS
