A large organisation in Eastleigh, Hampshire is currently working with CMA HR to recruit a Talent Administrator on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Partners this is role is to assist the department with administrative related tasks and some account management.What will Talent Administrator role involve?
  • Adding new starters to their system
  • Update and issue contract templates
  • Maintain the ATS and careers website
  • Manage the relationships with external PSL agencies
  • Reference and right to work checks

  • Strong administrative skills ideally in a recruitment role
  • Able to work at fast pace and confident communicator
