Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, Leadership Hires you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, recruiting, and hiring senior top talent into the business to drive the business strategy.

You will partner with the business, bringing up to date industry knowledge and market insight, to support hiring decisions and secure the best candidates. You will be instrumental at helping to build a highly skilled, diverse workforce, ensuring a remarkable customer experience every step of the way.

Please note this role is a 12month fixed term contract. The role can be based at either Salford Quays or Waterside (London).

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Running end-to-end recruitment process for senior hires; presenting a quality, diverse and inclusive shortlist
  • Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through market mapping/head-hunting and identifying top passive talent
  • Creating and maintaining strong talent pipelines; cultivating positive relationships with candidates for both current and future vacancies
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand current and future hiring needs and goals
  • Reporting on Leaderships hires, Trends & Insights
Who you are

Your Skills And Experience Will Include

  • Experience of proactive candidate sourcing/market mapping and headhunting in either agency, exec search, research or inhouse TA teams with some experience of senior hires
  • Data led – strong reporting and analytical capabilities and solutions orientated
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple vacancies at any one time with competing timeframes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and persuade at all levels
  • Business savvy; understanding the commercial imperative and being able to turn it into action
