Element Recruitment are working with a Global commercial company in Swindon. As Talent Acquisition Partner you will act as a business partner to help key business leaders and senior management to help find the best talent.
• Swindon based
• Hybrid working (1/2 days a week in the office)
• Salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Duties include:
• Source, identify and engage with specialist talent at all levels for a variety of business disciplines (Corporate, Finance, HR, Digital, Marketing, Legal)
• Up hold the role of subject matter expert and be confident to communicate to the business and be seen as the “go to person” for all aspects of Talent Acquisition
• Manage a portfolio of senior level stakeholders, collaborate, influence and challenge these stakeholders when required to ensure you meet commercial targets
• Partner with 3rd party suppliers and hold full accountability for the commercial terms agreed and manage these relationships
• Regularly attend HR / Business meetings and attend conference calls with senior business leaders (UK and Overseas)
• Attend industry related events and seminars

You will need:
• Ideally 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience of Head hunting senior level professionals
• Confident using LinkedIn, Reed and other job boards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to bring new ideas to help with future recruitment plans
