This role is a 12 month contract.

- To oversee the recruitment at our UK site to ensure we attract and maintain quality candidates.
- You will communicate with key stakeholders across the business and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions.
- Ultimately you will ensure all hires are delivered in the most effective and commercial way possible, adding value to the business and creating a great experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
- Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years relevant experience working in an in-house recruitment environment.
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory / management experience
- Experience of working with Senior Managers & Stakeholders
- Experience of owning and managing a PSL
- Strong candidate assessment skills
- Experience of using a range of unique and robust search strategies to attract candidates eg sourcing passive candidates, market intelligence gathering, org mapping
- Experience of prioritising work to meet tight deadlines
Desirable
- Experience of working in a GMP/Pharma environment
