We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead our global recruitment efforts.

Metric Search was founded in New York in 2019, driven by an ambition not to just be another recruitment agency but to provide a systematic approach driven by partnerships to service our clients hiring needs.

We provide Recruitment & Executive Search services globally to the Life Sciences, Medical Devices & Industrial sectors.

We’ve grown extremely quickly in the last 12 months opening two offices in London & Nottingham, tripling our headcount and revenues by 281% and we’re looking to replicate our success across 2023.

We need someone that can be the face of the business, engaging, friendly and passionate about attracting top talent to join Metric Search as we embark on the next stage of growth ambitions. We are looking to hire 30+ people across the course of the next 12 months and we need someone actively scouring and engaging with both experienced recruiters and graduate/entry level talent.

You will be working closely with the Leadership Team to develop talent attraction strategies and planning hiring to ensure we continue to grow at the required pace.

What we want from you?

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not essential
  • High Energy
  • Personable & friendly (you’ll be the face of the business)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ideally 1 year in Recruitment

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting consultants across 3 (soon to be 4) offices in New York City, London & Nottingham
  • Partner with hiring managers in our organization to understand their hiring needs and help support the growth of their teams.
  • Utilize sourcing and headhunting techniques to fulfil internal vacancies in our business ranging from entry level recruiters, experienced talent, and operations.
  • Manage every step of the interview process from scheduling interviews and prepping candidates to delivering the final job offers.
  • Engage with talent after a placement has been made to ensure a smooth onboarding.
  • Participate in team training sessions to continue to develop your skill set
