As a young business with a small team there will often be unexpected tasks and projects to complete and so although you may be asked to do things which are new to you, it is a great opportunity to develop and acquire new skills.
The Role

Managing recruitment life cycle

Drafting adverts

Telephone screening and interviewing

Candidate sourcing

Attending recruitment events

Ensuring candidates receive a good experience whenever they deal with Accutrainee or Accuflex

Maintaining our brand

Who Should Apply?
We are looking for someone who is a genuine team player and who does not shy away from taking on responsibility. The successful candidate needs to have very strong attention to detail and be eager to learn and ask questions.

Prior recruitment experience would be useful, but the role would also suit a smart university graduate on their first step of the career ladder who is ambitious and keen to make their mark. We want someone who will look for solutions to problems and get on with things rather than just focus on problems.

Location
We are based in the City of London very close to St Paul’s cathedral. Closest tube stations are St Paul’s and Barbican.
Remote Working
The selection process for this role will be conducted remotely. If successful, you will start working remotely and we are currently aiming to return to work in the office during 2021.
