About the Role
We are recruiting for the newest member of our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition coordinator, organisation is a must for this role. As a Coordinator within the Talent Team, you will be responsible for looking through CV’s, speaking to candidates as well as hiring managers, and booking interviews. This is a great role if you love talking to candidates, and enjoy building relationships not only with your candidates, but with Stakeholders throughout the business. Previous experience of working with an ATS/large database is advantageous but not essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process new vacancies through ATS system
  • Advertisement of roles
  • Shortlist candidates, call and schedule interviews
  • Liaise with Hiring Manager’s for interview schedules
  • Monitor applications, and provide updates to Team Leader
  • Updating Excel tracker to ensure all information is correct

About You

This is a fast-paced Coordinator role, and organisation is key to be successful within the role. Previous experience of working within the Recruitment sector is desirable, but not essential. The role requires you talking to not only our candidates but Hiring Manager’s and other Stakeholders within the Business, therefore you should be comfortable speaking on the telephone, as well as having excellent written communication skills.

The Coordinator will be part of a smaller team, within the Talent Acquisition function where you will be able to build relationships across the wider Talent Acquisition function.
