About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Vets4Pets Talent Acquisition Team, based in Swindon on a 6 month fixed term contract. Joining a group of Coordinators, you will be responsible for advertising new vacancies, shortlisting candidates and seeing them through their Vets4Pets journey. You will be the direct contact for our JVP’s, so it’s important you have strong communication skills. Previous experience of Success Factors is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to

  • Co-ordinate interviews for all positions as requested
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through to the hand-off to onboarding
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including Hiring Managers (JVP’s) and People Function members to ensure that high customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Monitor applications and provide status updates to Talent Acquisition team
  • Provide support to the team on recruitment related reporting, i.e. number of vacancies
  • Monitor and action calls/emails received the Talent Acquisition team
  • Report on recruitment agency placements

About You

This role is fast paced and demanding, so it’s important that you have resilience and tenacity. If you get a buzz from finding candidates their new job, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for. As well as the candidate experience you will also be building relationships across the business too. There are administrative duties, but what role doesn’t have these? You must enjoy working as part of a close team, however you will be able to manage and carry your own workload. Microsoft Excel is used to manage data, so you must be able to use the software.
