The Role

Dematic’s Talent Acquisition team is at the very heart of supporting the unprecedented growth the business continues to experience. This growth can only be accomplished by the pro-active sourcing; engagement and recruitment of individuals who possess not only the technical skills to drive our business forward but the values and behaviours that make Dematic such a great place to work.

Currently a team of 4 we are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for recruitment to join our high performing and business critical team who is enthusiastic to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and available for a 6 month contract to start immediately.

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition Northern Europe and supporting our business growth here in UK and beyond, this is a great opportunity to fully use all your recruitment experience, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, attraction and selection of candidates - managing and participating in interviews to ensure team fit as well as technical fit and on-boarding of successful candidate
  • Ownership of employer branding initiatives; new recruitment initiatives; careers fairs; advertising campaigns; talent networking events and employee referral programmes
  • Developing great working relationships with line managers, delivering solutions for complex HR matters, working closely with the wider HR team
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven Experience and Passion for the recruitment and selection process ideally with experience in engineering; automation or logistics recruitment
  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives/actions to deadline
  • Proven experience in a 360 in-house recruitment role
  • Proven experience closing candidates
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing and networking; gaining of referrals and unearthing and closing passive job seekers.
  • Strong administration skills
  • Understanding of employment law; Brexit employment law
  • Understanding of social media and digital platforms for recruitment and an ability to challenge existing ways of attracting the very best talent, and developing a recruitment brand in the market
