FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Systems Coordinator to join our busy and ever-growing Transport division. You will play a key role in the co-ordination and maintenance of FM Conway’s transport system and its functionality within the business. This is a permanent, full time opportunity based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.We are looking for candidates who have the ability to collect and analyse data and identify key trends. You will ideally have experience working in logistics or transport environment be able to build strong working relationships with internal customers.

The Systems Coordinator Role
As our Systems Coordinator you will update information held within the system, including users, drivers, vehicles and bespoke accessibility requirements. You will keep accurate and up to date records to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with company standards, methods and procedures.
Responsibilities of our Systems Coordinator
- Auditing and monitoring the safety alerts, fuel and energy efficiency, vehicle maintenance, KPI performance dashboard and safety box reporting
- Monitoring driver applications, recording problems, testing new features, reviewing logs and tracking changes of configuration
- Providing regular management information report to divisional management and users
- Analysing system data to improve and enhance the functionality
- Providing support and training to current and new users
- Creating and presenting KPI performance dashboards to key stakeholders
