This is an exciting opportunity to work within Youth Direction alongside a team which brings together many partners and services across Stockton on Tees to deliver support to young people and adults. The team work with young people to positively enable them to move into employment, education and training and is aimed at the most vulnerable and hard to reach people.

This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
