We are looking for support workers to join our team in Willenhall supporting adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.
When you work in adult social care, you make a difference to people’s lives every single day, and they will make a difference to yours too.
If your passionate about helping others, you already have what it takes to get started. As a support worker, the most important things are
- Kindness, patience and compassion
- Good communication and listening skills
- The ability to understand and follow procedures
- Having strong organisational and time management skills
- A good sense of humour
- Energy and enthusiasm
You will provide day to day support with daily tasks such as cleaning, shopping as well as planning and attending activities. You will also support with personal care, managing finances and medication.
The successful candidate will be patient, mature, creative and have good IT skills.
This role will require sleep ins.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience of working in a supported living environment supporting adults with learning disabilities
- IT Skills
- Care Certificate
- Level 2/3 in Health and Social care
- Epilepsy Awareness training
- Level 2 in Mental Health
