Dimensions is looking for Support Workers to provide Waking Night support in one of four services in Louth.

Our services inLouth, support a group of males and females with learning difficulties. They enjoy various activities such as horse riding, shopping, going to the cinema, eating out, being out in the community, completing puzzles, colouring, pampering sessions, arts, and crafts and many more!

The position will require support throughout the night, ensuring the person/people you support are given the appropriate support when required, whilst also carrying out a few key allocated tasks. This includes, checking at regular intervals throughout the night to ensure they are comfortable, provide physical support and emotional reassurance when people are wakeful. You will need to keep written records, using the appropriate IT systems, updating support plans and incident logs, MARS sheets and health and safety records and also complete night-time jobs to assist the daily running of the service.

Manual handling and personal care is also required.

The shifts will include 10pm-8am or 9pm- 8am - this will be discussed further at interview.

A drivers licence is not essential, however, the services are rural and there is no public transport.
