We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Support Workers with good communication skills to join our team.

At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced check by Access NI for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by Autism Initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Working, Voluntary or Personal knowledge of providing care and support
  • Registered or agreeable to NISCC registration on appointment
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
  • Flexible to work unsociable hours
