Shift Pattern:24 hr shifts 09.00-09.00 - Mon, Wed & Saturday sleep night. Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri - unsupported night carer goes home at 9pm and client can ring if problem in the night.

Team Brain injury have been providing care and support for Children and Adults with Acquired and Traumatic brain injury in the South of England for 17 years.

We are looking for a Support Worker to support one of our clients with day to day life, he is very independent and only requires assisted living.

He has recently taken up a volunteering job and loves being creative and artistic.

Key Responsibilities

Our client requires support with the following:
  • Support with finances and budgeting.
  • Support him with volunteering job.
  • Accessing the community.
  • phycological support.
