Ashberry Recruitment are looking to recruit support workers for an ongoing temporary contract, supporting a male with complex needs within a supported living setting.

As a Support Worker you will be committed to providing a caring and person-centred environment for the vulnerable adults within your care. We are looking for experienced professionals dedicated to the well-being and welfare of their service users, enabling them to lead an independent life having due regard to their health, aspirations and social care needs.

Successful applicants will have experience of working within a supported living setting supporting adults of all ages with complex needs, including challenging behaviours. Support Workers must be patient and conscientious for work with these adults who place their trust in staff to protect and guide them through their day-to-day challenges.

Various hours available including days, evenings and weekends.
