Our client, a large and hugely successful Housing provider, are looking for caring and empathetic Support Workers to assist their team within their specialist provisions in the Rtherham area, supporting vulnerable adults with Mental Health issues As a Support Worker you will be committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for the vulnerable adults within your care. We are looking for experienced professionals dedicated to the well-being and welfare of these service users. Successful applicants will have experience of working with and supporting adults who present with complex needs. Support Workers must be patient and conscientious for work with these adults who place their trust in staff to protect and guide them through their day-to-day challenges. Potential candidates will be subject to a screening process including references and enhanced DBS checks. This is a casual role with early late and night shifts across 7 days a week
