We are looking for Support Workers to join us at our Home Agnes Court on Warwick Road in Banbury. We are considering full time, part time and bank applications for these roles.

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire you’ll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation.

This role is based at our Agnes Court Home in Banbury. Agnes Court is home to 21 Adults with Physical disabilities, it is located in Banbury town centre. As a Support Worker with us you can be part of a team who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adults with physical disabilities.

No experience required!

You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience to be a Support worker with us although experience of providing personal care in a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Health Care Assistant is advantageous. You will receive training and support to build your skills, experience and career.

You will be passionate about giving high standards of care, have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
