We are looking for several people to work as a Support Worker who have a positive, caring and compassionate attitude, with great communication skills, and a passion for helping people to achieve their dreams and aspirations. ** No Experience Required – Full Training Provided **. ** Multiple Positions Available **. ** Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend Only and Nigh Shift Positions Available **. LOCATION: Ivybridge, Devon, South West England. JOB TYPE: We have Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend Only and Night Shift Positions Available with flexible rota’s and shift patterns. SALARY: £9.25 - £10.00 per Hour for Day Shifts and up to £110 per Night Shift + Excellent Benefits (See Below). WORKING HOURS: Hours are based on a fixed, 2-week shift Rota pattern, with a mixture of early and late shifts during the week, with the requirement to work a shift every other weekend. Night Shifts are also available. JOB OVERVIEW. We have a fantastic new job opportunity for either an experienced Support Worker or someone who’s looking to enter the industry for the first time. As the Support Worker you will have a positive, caring and compassionate attitude, with great communication skills, and a passion for helping people to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Working as a Support Worker you will support young adults in all aspects of daily living and engage them to participate in a wide variety of social activities, such as festivals, sailing, football matches, cinema, bowling and much more. As a Support Worker you will be supporting young adults live their life to the full and you will need to deliver a high level of meaningful engagement, delivered to them in a person-centred way. We have multiple positions available covering full-time, part-time, weekend only and night shifts. As a successful candidate you will join this well-established charity that has been providing care and support to vulnerable people for over 250 years. There services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and hold an inspection award rating of “Good” with “Outstanding” in some key areas. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS. As a Support Worker you will need to be:.
