NECS works across the UK to support health and social care customers in meeting strategic and operational challenges, to improve outcomes and increase efficiency. We deliver a diverse range of services to organisations working within health and social care across the North of England and beyond.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic IT Field engineers to join our Service Improvement Project Team delivering service improvement initiatives through both remote and onsite activities.
Windows 10, Office 365, and good working knowledge of Active Directory Troubleshooting skills Experience of working in an NHS environment with exposure to Primary Care clinical systems and associated 3rd party applications. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers (both written, and verbally). Ability to write technical documentation for SOPs & Knowledge Base. Excellent organisational skills Significant experience of using remote support tools. Experience of providing IT support in an enterprise environment.
The successful candidate will join a team working with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders across the NHS community to understand customer requirements to ensure successful project and service deliverables.
