This role is for a Technical Support Analyst Client Operations Analyst to join a Financial services software SAAS Fund accounting business as they invest in their fund accounting software team.

As the Technical support operations analyst, your role will be maintaining and monitoring live production environments and taking ownership of alerts.

You will investigate all alerts.

The fund accounting software applications are in the cloud, so this role will combine your AWS Cloud, database, application server and application support knowledge.

This role will be ideal for someone who either comes from a technical operations support background, or from a fund accounting operations background who is keen to expand their technical support knowledge.
  • Technical stack: technical operations analyst SQL SERVER Oracle, Postgres, AWS Cloud
  • Background: good database monitoring, support, software support
  • Personality: keen, enthusiastic attitude, keen to learn and develop
  • Industry background: Fund accounting
  • Ready to start interviewing.
  • Ready to a hire at the end of July/ start of August.
