POST TITLE: Supply TeacherLOCATION: OrmskirkSTART DATE: Monday 17th April 2023, or ASAPCONTRACT TYPE: Full-time, temp-permThis post is open to teachers with all levels of experience; ECT’s and FQT’s are welcome to apply. The successful applicant/s will join the schools ‘bank staff’ to cover classes across KS3 and KS4. Ideally the school require applicants who can commit to full-time posts, however are keen to hear from Supply Teachers seeking flexible work too.Responsibilities
  • Covering the classes given on the timetable, in the absence of the usual class teacher
  • Liaising with other members of staff to share information, feedback and progress where applicable
  • Managing behaviour to ensure students are on task
  • Ensuring safeguarding is kept to the highest standard possible
Requirements
  • QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualifications
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to apply for one
  • Availability to commit to a long-term, potentially temp-perm, supply teaching post
