We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to join the friendly team at our Hellaby site. As a Supply Planning Manager, you will efficiently production plan the site Process area (fry, roast, and mixes). Reducing site losses through lean Intersnack Work Systems (IWS) methodology specifically as a member of the Supply Network Pillar.KP Snacks is proud to be part of the Intersnack Group.   • Owning day to day Planning activities for the supply of cooked material to the Wrap Hall
  • Owning and managing MRP parameter data to deliver the correct inventory levels and stability of the Process production plan
  • Monitoring progress against the Wrapping production schedule adjusting to business priorities
  • Eliminating site losses through IWS methodology and as a member of the Supply Network Pillar
  • Supporting the wider Material and Wrap Planning Managers with loss projects and cover
  • Partnering with the production team to check planning adherence
  • Updating essential system planning data for components to ensure our system is effectively planning future requirements.
  • Capacity Plan line output to maximise future efficiency
  • Investigating day to day supply chain losses using IWS tools
  • Maintaining excellent relationships and communications with manufacturing teams
  • Providing a wide range of solutions to complex supply chain challenges

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
  • Extensive production planning experience in FMCG
  • Experience speaking with manufacturers to manage lead times, priorities, and deliveries of stock
  • Demonstrated highly developed numeracy planning skills through qualification or experience
  • Strong communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of lean loss elimination methodology
  • Experience managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Excellent knowledge of planning in ERP systems
  • Advanced Analytics skills (Excel, Qlik BI)
  • An ability to work under pressure with a focus on customer service and delivery
