Disruptive Foods Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with good experience, the salary is very competitive and the position is permanent with hours of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm .
Job Purpose : Responsible for the Material Management and Production Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership
Delegation of tasks set out below
2. Production Planning – Downstream
a. Lead Supply Chain in delivering balanced Daily Production Plans giving consideration to:
b. Inventory Optimisation delivering (where possible) positive PPV
3. Forecasting
a. Maintaining Capacity Plan with Customer updates
b. Coordinating, planning and manage promo activity with all departments.
c. Forecast accuracy reporting with Stakeholders
4. Material Mgmt. – Upstream
a. Weekly Raw material requirements i– Dashboard lead
b. On Site Mgmt.
5. Post-Production Routines and KPI reporting
a. Daily and weekly standard KPIs
b. Coordinating with Logistics providers on downstream issues and following through with Customer
6. Customer Interfacing (CRM)
a. Supply Chain to Supply Chain’ dialogue with customer ensuring alignment on:
7. Master Data Mgmt.
a. Maintaining run rates, aligning with Commercial SCM & Ops Manager
b. Supplier Master Data e.g. MOQ, UOM, lead time – Flagging where differs from RACI
c. BOM building & mgmt.
8. Relationship mgmt. with peer departments; Sales, Technical, NPD, Production
a. Joint collaborative projects
b. Allocation of time needed for maintenance, samples, training pre pros etc.
