Bolney Wine Estate are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Executive to join their team in Newbury. As a Supply Chain Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive their orders on time, every time. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring all documentation related to import and export regulations is issued on time, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Customer orders
  • Maintain Customer Order Trackers highlighting any risk to supply
  • Act as the main point of contact for your allocated customer base
  • Establish excellent working relationships with key accounts
  • Establish excellent working relationships with internal Account Managers
  • Carry out weekly review meetings with key accounts
  • Respond to specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Organise relevant import export documentation with Suppliers and Freight Forwarders
  • Understand agreed terms with customers and ensure the supply chain operates within the agreed terms
  • Maintain Customer service level KPIs
  • Identify ways of improving supply chain efficiencies
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and launches
  • Resolution of issues raised by transportation, logistics, imports/exports and customs

Requirements
  • Experience within a Sales Support, Logistics or Supply Chain role is essential
  • Experience of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel to collate and analyse data
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience problem solving in a customer facing role
