Job description

A permanent role for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy team in Park Royal. This is an office based role Monday to Friday.

Description

  • Manage entire Export process (documentation/legal paperwork/Stock allocation/VET certification) and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth process and visible control
  • Drive excellence, best practice, operational controls, cost savings and service improvements.
  • Collect relevant information on a daily basis for the reporting and management of daily/weekly Service levels
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding service level data and accuracy
  • To maintain appropriate administration of processes for reporting of KPI’s for the department.
  • Manage all customer orders within the system and ensuring the Warehouse Department have visibility for outload
  • Archive management
  • Claims and Fines process management and reporting on a weekly basis
  • Communicate with the Sales teams regarding orders and any potential shortages or stock outs
  • Update 3rd Party portals on a daily basis ensuring orders are processed and deal with any issues that arise and escalate accordingly
  • Create a Database for all Customer/3rd party delivery points (contacts/phone/email/addresses/Booking in Details)
  • Raise PO’s for 3rd party Transport and Customs clearance
  • Invoice management and cross reference with agreed costs and SLA’s
