Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a sales co-ordinator to join a well established manufacturing business in Oldham You will be part of a busy customer service function and will work hard to ensure customer complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely manner, placing orderings and inputting export entries into the online system.

Client Details

Our client is an industry leading manufacturer within their field.They are a well established business with a number of offices throughout the UK. Due to recent growth they are now looking to recruit for an sales coordinator to assist with the export / import orders.

Description

The responsibilities of the sales co ordinator will include but not limited to:

  • Processing all Amazon orders, UK orders, Export orders, and Internet orders. Providing customer services support for an queries
  • Sales reporting - from SAP, required weekly and monthly
  • CIM creation of FI codes and PO’s
  • Completing all product specifications before manufacturing can commence
  • CIM creation of BOM’s
  • Outer case configuration working with an external packaging company and seeking customer approval if required
  • Co-ordination of sample dispatch
  • Investigating and resolving blocked orders in SAP

Profile

The successfully candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in sales support role
  • Strong knowledge of export and import regulations
  • Experience using SAP
  • Ability to hit the ground running and bring new ideas to the table
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships both internal and externally
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent query resolutions
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £19 -23,000+ 25 days holiday + bank holidays, parking, career progression and flexible working.
