Orb are proud to be working exclusively with a leading retailer who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Supervisor who has a proven record of achieving results and is potentially looking for development to progress with the business in the future. This role is a permanent part time contract working 24 hours per week - weekdays and weekend availability required. The purpose of your role is ….-Offering exceptional customer service and ensuring customers have a great experience when they visit one of our stores.
  • Be an ambassador for our brand and your role is to uphold the brand reputation at all times.
  • Partnering with your Host Store Management, offering required support to enable the concession to function smoothly and with great success.
  • Be a leader within the host store that takes pride and ownership of driving results and delivering excellence. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide an exceptional level of customer service
  • Offering customers a positive and enthusiastic service
  • Prioritising the customer’s needs at all times
  • Offering great brand and product knowledge
  • Adopting a positive approach to selling
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Helping to build a customer base that returns to the store time after time
  • Target Focussed in driving sales targets and KPI’s
  • Actively monitor product levels, sales and react to business opportunities to drive sales.
  • Communicate with other Radley stores to support and ensure operational compliance. WHAT WE EXPECT
  • A broad awareness of everything that is happening in store as well as the goings on in the local area which could impact on our business.
  • A great understanding of how to use KPI / data provided to improve store performance
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style dependant on your audience,
  • Good at building and maintaining working relationships.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
