Are you an experienced senior creative artworker with experience in studio management? Oxford PharmaGenesis is growing and we are looking for someone to lead our first-class artwork studio!
You will work to develop the artwork studio; growing and resourcing the team, whilst evolving processes with other senior colleagues to ensure quality deliverables for our client teams and a reliable partnership with our design teams. You will be expected to lead by example, continuing to work across a range of creative and scientific deliverables, manage print production and ensure high standards in file/copyright/vendor management.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced creative artworker who is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a shared service team in a collaborative and fast-paced company. You’ll be encouraged and supported to learn and develop with us, in order to continually achieve more than you ever believed you could, and together with your team you’ll accomplish great things for the healthcare community.
It’s not just the work we do that’s inspiring, our offices are pretty incredible too. This role is based in our beautiful and newly refurbished barn and lodge conversions set in the Oxfordshire countryside.
Skills and experience:
We are looking for a Studio Manager/Senior Creative Artworker who has:
· considerable experience in creative artworking
· experience in producing technical artwork for the pharmaceutical industry
· in-depth knowledge of the print/screen/production process
· experience of copyright and file management
· experience of line management, external vendor/freelancer management and team resourcing.
