We are currently looking for a Students Association Managing Director for our newly formed Students’ Association (SA).The SA is a student-led organisation founded to fulfil an ambitious purpose which includes enhancing the student experience, increasing student engagement, representing the student voice and ensuring students are embedded across the University as part of our Students as Partners initiative.Working with the SA President, the SA Advisory Board and staff across Arden University, you’ll have the chance to shape and grow the SA in this exciting role. As the lead for the SA, you will work closely with students and staff across all our study centres and study modes, including working with staff on events to showcase the SA to enable it to fulfil its potential. This will include some travel to our different locations.About You:We are looking for an inspirational and values-based leader who is keen to support the student voice, understands the importance of Student experience and Student engagement, is pro-active to work on new projects and initiatives, and is a natural problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience of working within a Student Association or similar member led organisation, and managing multiple stakeholders, is essential.You will need strong leadership skills to include budget management, resource allocation, strategic planning and research, as well as being highly organised with excellent time management skills.Why Arden:At Arden, you will become a part of a passionate and dedicated team who are committed to removing unnecessary barriers to learning and making education more accessible.
