Strategic Project/Change Manager

Hybrid Working – Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

A high-profile role reporting to the Director, Parts Commercial, EME and Global Parts Brand Lead Fendt, accountable for the delivery of key strategic, tactical and operational projects within and involving the EME Parts Commercial Team.

This position is a key member of the EME Parts Commercial Management Team (Sales and Marketing organisation) leading and driving the implementation of the EME Parts Commercial project portfolio. This includes the planning and implementation of functional and cross functional initiatives, development and documentation of existing and new Parts Commercial KPIs, plus the identification and resolution of functional process, data and performance gaps.

A key focus of the role is the delivery of end-to-end business transformation initiatives traversing the breadth of Parts Commercial processes.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Responsible for planning and managing all major ’cross team’ Strategic Change Management Projects within the Parts Commercial organisation
• Identification of value generating projects, documentation of associated business cases, plus planning and leading the implementation of all prioritised Projects
• Represent Parts Commercial in wider cross functional Strategic Projects involving or impacting EME Parts Commercial
• Own and manage the EME Parts Commercial ’Balanced Scorecard’ Monthly Reporting Dashboard covering external market / internal performance KPIs, financial / non-financial KPIs and leading / lagging KPIs
• Own and manage ’Voice of Customer’ Insights (Dealer and Farmer), Tools and Initiatives

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• A degree in a Business-related discipline, a master’s is preferred
• Proven work experience of change management in an Aftersales business environment
• Strong personal drive, professional gravitas and collaborative team player to successfully engage and drive action across multi-functional / multi-cultural groups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German/French is desirable)
• Proven independent way of working and decision-making capability
