Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Strategic Accounts Inbound Sales Executive. The focus of the role is to place customer Satisfaction and engagement at the centre of every activity whilst working towards agreed KPI’s. You will be required to respond to customers enquiries daily by Phone, Email and occasionally in person whilst supporting customer visits, working SMART to ensure that timescales are hit. You will work with the Account Managers to gain support with closing out quotes as require, building and maintaining a proactive and positive relationship with key customer contacts. To apply you must have experience working in either an inbound or outbound sales position, have excellent attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. In return you will be offered a basic salary between £18-22,000 dependant on experience, pension and 25 days holiday plus statsLoading ...
