A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who is keen to enter the world of retail marketing. Knuckling down in a fast paced and friendly team, you will have a keen interest in building a career in marketing from an entry-level position. Ideally with a degree and some experience in a similar role, you must have a flare for design and writing with a love for all things creative. You will be highly organised, efficient and communicative, and you must be approachable with the ability to problem solve and help others. We need you to be helpful, not be afraid to ask questions and be keen to implement projects with the team. You will also know your way around a spreadsheet and be a good negotiator with a thirst for challenges and learning.

The Job

As Store Marketing Administrator you will be providing support to the Store Marketing team to ensure all stores nationwide can effectively promote the Shoe Zone brand and products. You will be involved in a range of marketing activities including merchandising, PR, photography, point of sale, print management, charity events, internal communications and promotions.
Aside from specific responsibilities listed below, you may be required to undertake other tasks which help us to deliver a high standard of support to our network of stores.

Responsibilities
  • To be the first point of contact for internal enquiries regarding store marketing
  • To assist in weekly communications to stores
  • To assist in producing corporate newsletters to staff
  • To obtain information on competitors and provide summaries for the business
  • To calculate quantities, obtain quotes and order publicity where required
  • To process invoices
  • To assist with display requisitions for promotions
  • To assist with display trials and communications
  • To assist in store opening/closing down marketing activity/communications
  • To assist in producing promotional packs to send to stores
  • To assist in any PR activities where required
  • To maintain departmental folders and photography where required
