Managing store performance, stock, finances, facilities and daily routines against KPIs and with HSSE awareness. Leading and developing a team delivering to brand and customer experience standards.What will you need?You will need experience within Retail as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager gained at Superstores, Convenience or Big Box Retail or Petrol Station Forecourts. You will also need working knowledge of HR activities within Retail.
