The Role: Full time, 40 Hours per week working in our Basingstoke store.

Our Store Manager post could provide you the opportunity to combine your passion for retail, customers, and rural life or just an amazing challenge.

You will have key responsibility and accountability for delivering all budgets, delivering promotions and campaigns, driving and achieving sales activity, creating an excellent customer engagement experience and ensuring you store is fully compliant with excellent standards, including strict adherence to safety and wellbeing.

The Successful Candidate

We want people that can support their colleagues and work as one team. You will need to have demonstrable retail experience – preferably within retail/agri although again, this is not essential.
