Job Title: Stock Control Administrator

Location: Halesowen

Salary: £12.50 per hour (increasing to £26,000 per annum once taken on perm)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week)

Jobsworth Recruitment are currently for a stock Control Administrator on behalf of our client basic in Halesowen.

What we need from you;

  • Previous stock control experience
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Knowledge of Logistics CRM systems (such as WMS or AS400)
  • Good knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident, organised and a can do attitude
  • Ability to manage daily workload

What the job involves;

  • Daily Administrator duties
  • Assist in the management of stock accuracy through scheduled auditing
  • daily investigation and assisting the warehouse in all aspects of system work
  • Manage location availability and item profiling to ensure the smooth flow of receipted goods
  • Ensuring receipt documentation is completed and any variances are investigated
  • Manage and investigate customer shortage claims and email queries
  • Train in all aspects of the customer returns process to ensure cover is available in the department for sickness and holidays
  • Corresponding with customers, customer service teams, carriers and hauliers
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external use
  • Arranging inbound and outbound distribution
  • Preparation and completion of management reports
  • Covering the daily and monthly management reporting if required

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary: £12.50 per hour
