Are you a Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Administrator that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of stock control and looking for a new challenge?


Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Stock Administratorto join our team in Daventry (NN6 7GZ).


This is full-time, permanentposition, you will be working 48 hours per week on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, covering either 06:00-18:00 or 10:00-22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Conduct accurate stock checks and investigations from receipt through to point of despatch
  • Including stock checks on new inbound deliveries/transferred stock
  • Stock checks on picking locations / storage locations
  • Stock checks on outbound (picked pallets)
  • Stock investigations for missing stock etc in location
  • Rework damages


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
  • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and VMS
