Then we would like to hear from youOne of our client is an award winning,top 15 UK Care Home provider is recruiting for Registered General Nurses to work the night shift in our Residential and Nursing Home- within the Leigh area.. The home is a 180 bedded Home in Leigh which provides palliative care, Parkinson’s nursing, convalescence and Dementia nursing.This role is 36 hours per week and you will be placed on the General Nursing Unit.The successful nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £15.00 per hour plus other benefits. Your duties as a Nurse will include:
  • Leading, supervising and training the care team
  • General Nursing duties-Maintaining acceptable levels of personal hygiene, clean beds and proper nutrition for the Residents.
  • Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
  • Observations/ Monitoring of blood sugar levels and wound care
  • Keeping precise, up to date records and communicating with Drs and the Home Manager
