Complex Care Professionals specialises in delivering Complex home healthcare services to our clients in their own homes. We are recruiting staff to work in Blackburn and the surrounding areas.

Community Care Assistantmust be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends. We are also looking for weekend only workers to join us.

· Assist with daily activities such as personal care.

· Medication administration

· Ability to maintain clear written and electronic records and to follow statutory reporting procedures.

· Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Experience required:

· 6-month previous care experience, gained in the UK

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

· Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients

· Ability to follow instructions and care plans.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
