We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our well established Children’s Community Team and work within the special school setting. This stimulating and challenging role will enable you to support children and their families with acute and chronic complex health needs within their school environment.We also offer excellent support; training & supervision and have a strong commitment to continual professional development.Car owner/driver essentialApplicants must also be willing to work flexible hours as weekend working is required as well.The post holder will be a qualified nurse, registered as a Children’s Nurse and NMC and experience within the acute care setting post qualification. You will require flexibility, good communication, literacy and IT skills and show evidence of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
