This position will work closely with customers and prospects to provide advanced data protection solutions based on our award-winning platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving simultaneous projects with customers and be seen as a trusted advisor in the sales process expanding the reach and breadth of HelpSystems Data Protection solutions in customer and prospect environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction with data protection solutions through professional services engagements and the sales process
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers through product deployment and process decisions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the delivery process and securing key references at all levels
  • Driving Statement of Work creation, navigating customer concerns and demonstrating the data protection value proposition in meetings, requirement workshops and discovery sessions
  • Working with Account Managers and Solution Engineers to leverage technical knowledge and position HelpSystems Data Protection as the leading solution against competitors
  • Responsible for program budget, resource scheduling and task order assignment ensuring completion of tasks on schedule and within budget
  • Simultaneously managing multiple client implementations of data protection software products
  • Providing formal program status updates to management and customers in a proactive and timely manner
  • Working with Customer Support and Engineering to resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Communicating customer requirements to Product Management and promote ideas for new product features and direction
  • Identify opportunities to improve HelpSystems implementation methodologies
  • Ensure the successful adoption and utilization of HelpSystems solutions through the onboarding process and drive the achievement of successful customer outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience managing Infosec / data security software product implementation projects
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential key duties
  • Experience with security related products, technologies, and solutions preferred
  • Confident and positive attitude in facing complex organizations and processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent presentation and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage and organize multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience executing projects on time and on budget while maintaining margins and managing resources effectively to produce high quality work.
  • Proven track record of executing SOW process lifecycle with Account Managers, responding to deadlines, and driving to close bookings.
  • Project management certification (PMP) preferred
