We are seeking a Specification Coordinator to join our team in Swadlincote. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, playing a pivotal role in meeting client expectations, maintaining data accuracy and effective management of specifications.

This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional organisational skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage CPD enquiries and bookings, including certification creation and distribution to attendees.
  • Ensure the accuracy of account and contact data in Keylink, continuously updating records.
  • Manage project schedules and diligently follow up on Next Action Dates (NADs).
  • Proactively contact architects, engineers and design teams to invite specifiers to attend meetings and CPDs.
  • Alert internal managers to important changes in project schedules e.g. project ready for a full schedule.
  • Professionally manage IG Masonry Support’s NBS account, maintaining platform content, running reports, gathering analytics and sharing relevant data with internal managers.
  • Utilise data findings to target architects, engineers and design teams as needed.
  • Research and log new potential business prospects, regularly monitoring and updating the project progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing queries and phone calls.
  • Monitor emails, ensuring a swift response.
  • Collaborate with the office team to exceed individual, team and Company targets.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand Company and product knowledge.
  • Champion Health and Safety in the workplace, maintaining personal safety and addressing unsafe behaviour is observed.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a specification or construction related field.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and record keeping, including use of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Target driven and ambitious.
