Would you like to join a forward thinking and nurturing ‘5 star’ rated team?Do you want to develop your skills in acquired communication, voice and swallowing impairments?We are looking for Speech and Language Therapists to join our Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy Service in Oxfordshire, with the opportunity to work up to 50% remotely.You will be able to work remotely and face to face, offering triage, assessment and therapy to adults with acquired communication, voice and swallowing impairments, in a variety of settings.The posts would be an ideal development position for a Band 5 with some dysphagia experience or an opportunity for a Band 6 to specialize in an area such as dysphagia, voice or neurological conditions. We have access to specialist clinics, such as video-fluoroscopy and voice clinics, and receive regular supervision and training from a voice specialist.We are a flexible service and have been successfully using digital sessions for clinical interventions, training and professional collaboration; allowing members of the team to utilize the benefits of remote working.You will be joining a supportive team with a dedicated clinical, managerial and peer supervision programme as well as an employee assistance scheme.
