Aspire People are recruiting for Special Education needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants (TAS) with experience and behaviour specialist In Hinckley.We are looking for Special Education needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants (TAS) with experience and behaviour specialist for a SEN unit in a two-form entry primary school in Hinckley. The role is full time and working with a small qualified and supportive team to start in Sept 2023.The successful candidate must be highly trained professional providing a service to teachers and students alike. The candidate will be a behavioural specialists/SEN TA that are trained to handle emotional issues and disruptive behaviour in a variety of settings with a toolbox of strategies designed to help troubled students modulate their behaviour.The ideal behavioural specialists/SEN TA specialists will work closely with trained staff, who often deeply appreciate their calming effect on disruptive students. When working with children struggling with emotional or social distress, behavioural specialists often create Behavioural Improvement Plans and meet regularly with the children to help them achieve their weekly objectives.
