Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring a Spares Parts Processor to join our team and work in partnership with the technical/operational management and engineer/merchandiser community in to ensure there is a quality and cost-effective service provided to the business with the supply of parts and technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound parcels from suppliers and match them to system purchase orders. Ensure the deliveries have the correct quantities and are in good order.
  • Pick and pack items to picking sheets accurately. Ensuring the parcels are packed in a way they will reach the destination in a good condition.
  • Assist with enquiries with delivery of parts through the spares supply chain with both parts suppliers and transport providers.
  • Managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers. Feeding back bad practice by engineers to the department Manager.
  • Ensure that any parts that need to be disposed of are handled though the correct processes .(WEEE disposal)
  • Monitor issues with part supply and ensure there we are holding stock of parts that could cause an issue with reactions to breakdowns.
  • Monitor the central stores to ensure the right level of stock is held to give a quick response to orders.
  • Interface with Service Technicians and ensure their Parts and Accessories needs are being met.
  • Ensure Warranty parts are returned to suppliers in a timely manner and the Warranty process is followed.


Requirements
  • Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base.
  • High level of communication skills using all methods email, phone etc.
  • Experience with computerized call logging and inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Ability to look up parts using the core systems.
