Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring a Coffee Ambassador to join our operations department, based out of Bristol.You would have the enjoyment of working for Selecta in partnership with a global brand and being responsible for the successful performance of all Starbucks on the go installations in your designated area.

Responsibilities
  • Looking for opportunities to improve the offer available to customers, through client coaching and an eye for detail.
  • Working with the clients who operate them, to ensure the brand and coffee available are presented in the correct standard to all our customers, by means of audits and client review meetings.
  • Driving sales to support the already amazing growth experienced in this premium sector of our business.
  • Opening and Training new sites.
  • Supporting the rest of the UK business by being the subject matter expert with this awesome offer.
  • Ensuring all services required by the client are running efficiently and they are being supported correctly to deliver a great Client and Customer experience


Requirements
  • Have experience of working with a branded product, ideally in the retail or hospitality environment
  • Confident and inspiring individual with clear communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise own diary and workload
  • Flexible approach to work, location and hours
  • Driving license is essential
  • Understanding and experience of directly growing sales through people and business management
