Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a Upmarket Gastro Pub in Chiddingfold who require a Sous Chef on a full-time basis.

What’s involved?

As Sous Chef you will be responsible for helping run the kitchen day to day, and fully responsible on the Head Chef’s days off. You will also be responsible for training and motivating the junior members of the team. You will be working alongside the head chef and also be involved with the ordering of stock and creating a menu which fits the venue. Being able to drive would also be preferred.
